Our Company
Phoenix Data Management provide a complete Records Management storage and retrieval service for all types of active business data whether boxes or files. Boxes and Files are stored and managed within our purpose built Records centres.

Physical files are accessible to our clients 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, and can be delivered back to them after 2 hours (during office hours) if required. Digital images can be delivered quicker by being downloaded via O’Neil RS Web or by scan back (during office hours)

We also provide a standard next day or same day retrieval service or for those clients with busier requirements we can schedule in extra visits.

Phoenix Data Management operate from 3 purpose built facilities based. They provide the High levels of protection that clients expect from a professional Storage provider.

Phoenix Data Management has built the business around providing a premium level of service that is demonstrably better than our competitors. This has come about through 20 years experience in the Records Management industry.

We are extremely proud of our ISO9001:2015 quality accreditation. ISO9001 in itself does not guarantee quality of service. However, the use of an externally monitored quality management system is reflective of Phoenix Data Managements commitment to quality.

Phoenix Data Management is one of the last remaining independent family owned businesses, employing 25 staff. Yet with the backing of our parent company Feabrex, we have been able to invest in the very best technology and infrastructure. Most importantly, we have been able to invest in our people.

Objectives
Since the company’s incorporation, Phoenix Data Management’s objectives have always been to listen to our clients in order to provide a service that suits their needs. After all, all clients are different and require bespoke management and service. Regular contact with your account director is important to keep both parties up to date with developments and changing needs.

Business History
Phoenix Data Management Ltd commenced business in 1999 and fast approaches its 25th anniversary.

Our very first client, a global financial organisation is still with us today and we are proud to have their name on our cv.

In that time we have won business from many global institutions predominantly in the Legal and financial fields but catering for all types of businesses including construction, medical, education, distribution and architectural.

Geography
Phoenix Data Management Ltd is ideally located to service clients from all over the UK. We provide a next day box retrieval service for clients within our catchment area, however we also provide a scan-back on demand service for urgent retrieval requests.
