Once documents have been archived with Phoenix Data Management Ltd, it is imperative for us to provide our clients with an accurate and timely document retrieval service.
The number of movements we manage in any twelve month period is in the millions. Typically, we provide a next day box/document retrieval service or for that urgent case we will offer a two hour delivery service or scan back on demand of urgent documents.
Our barcode software ensures that any box or document is tracked and we will be able to tell you who and when ordered a retrieval, where it is at any point and when and who it was delivered to.
